Most of the products here at Handmade By Ni-Ni are handmade or customised by Sinitta here in Australia.

Irregularities in materials, fabrics or prints are characteristic of the process, and are an integral part of the designs. As such, you may find some variations from one piece to the next ensuring each piece is one of a kind.

Pattern placement on bibs, shorts, bloomers, blankets etc. will vary from product to product due to pattern repeat.

I do my best to accurately describe the colour, shape and style of my products as they appear on our site. However, as the colour’s you see will depend on your monitor and/or printer; there is no guarantee that the display of any colour will exactly reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All, but not limited to, product designs, patterns, photos, images, information and text are exclusively owned by Handmade By Ni-Ni. My Logo advertising content and designs, along with but not limited to, my website content and design including text, layout, graphics and information are also the exclusively owned by Handmade By Ni-Ni prohibits the use of its designs and or images for any purpose without prior written permission.

Handmade By Ni-Ni expressly reserves all copyright and trademark in its website and in all documents and information on its website and reserves the right to take action against you if you breach any of these terms.
