Refund policy

I value my customers & my aim is to provide beautiful quality products that you are satisfied with. I check each product before it leaves my hands, to help eliminate the probability of faulty items.

Where a physical item is deemed faulty, I request it to be sent back to me & I will gladly refund the purchase price including postage.

Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

I do not refund or exchange for change of mind or if an item has been worn or used.
