Shipping policy

Local pickup is offered from my address in Cloncurry, QLD. This option is free and can be selected at checkout. Please keep in mind Handmade By Ni-Ni is my hobby, I still have a fulltime job that is my main priority. This means orders can take typically 2-4  business days to be processed before collection. Rush orders can be processed if you contact me prior to placing your order.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.

Once shipped Handmade By Ni-Ni accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If you haven't received your goods within the specified time of delivery please email me, at thomsonsinitta@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and I will find out where they are.
